WHAT DOES IT BUSINESS PARTNER DO ?
Sitting on the Senior Leadership team you will be the Strategic Technology partner for the leadership team. You will be accountable for the end to end portfolio, delivery and operations of technology, communications and Primos experiences. You will drive communications globally and deliver best-in-class technological initiatives that bring Primos together for exceptional experiences as you raise the overall technology and digital capabilities of the organisation.

Able to execute at an operational level to provide incredible technical support and end-user experiences whilst operating at a strategic level to build planning and budget cycles and facilitating business engagement.
A subject matter expert who can see the bigger picture in how digital and technology will feed our 'new better’ and support our business strategy through finding efficiencies.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Translate the company and functional strategy into a relevant Technology strategy for Russia & Communications. Drive clarity on priorities:
- Articulate and identify urgent, regional, and functional needs that deliver value to the company and translate them into technology terms for input into the Technology global portfolio
- Identify and qualify business transformation ideas. Provide input to the Products/Services organizations on what is needed and represent the regional and functional interests in Technology initiatives
- Own the overall Technology action plan ensure alignment with leadership teams
- Drive on-going review with key stakeholders across all functions of the products/services delivered (monthly KPI metrics) which feed planning, prioritization of all outstanding requests and incidents
Lead Global Tech Support:
- Own the sites implementation and support operations of standard solutions selected by the Digital Workplace platform
- Organization leader of a multi-countries dispersed organization, building winning team with top level of engagement, and customer service in the heart
- Impeccable management of your services, measure and communicate key performance metrics of these service(s) and analyze data to discover opportunities for service improvement. Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your service with Tech Product/Service Managers and other Business Partner Manager/Tech stakeholders
- Lead the Tech Helpdesk services in alignment with regional business needs, global Tech strategy, security and standards and ensure they align to SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
- Guide continuous improvement efforts for the service, develop business cases, understand your users and manage your service resources across the Tech programs and projects
Budget management:
- Own the Tech budget at regional and functional level and are able to understand and articulate the charging processes
- Accountable for Budget setting and delivery globally (all sites, all regions) for Tech Support, which includes People costs, Opex costs (Volumes of PCs, printers, phones….), and Capex (Video rooms, other significant projects like new building establishments…)
- Understand Cost and value of your Service(s) and provide input into the Tech budget construction, especially on programs/projects in your arena, as well as on the running cost for your Service support operations
Create a winning team spirit and build an organization for the future:
- Be an inspiring leader for the organization, leading by example and setting high performance standards
- Orchestrate the functioning of the matrix organization, pulling in the appropriate resources as needed
- Drive a shared vision and common purpose across the region and lead the execution of the people strategy
- Align all Primos to targets, our business strategy and create a passion for winning in the organization
- Design an organization to win with Technology and Digital through coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to develop the Tech organization
- Ensure implementation of learning and development programs and sustained learning for everyone in your region
People and Team management:
- Organize and lead multi-functional projects teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities across the program
- Interact with project managers to provide support and guidance on the individual projects as well as to convey the important relationship of each project to the bigger picture
- Responsible for ensuring that the overall program structure and program management process enable the project teams to successfully complete their work and that their deliverables are integrated into the program’s end project, service, results and/or benefits
Business and Community engagement:
- Connect the Russia, Communications Function and Technology organization together
- Build relationships with, and communicate continuously with your regional and functional leadership teams: Know your business partners to represent their needs and to identify urgent needs; be the face of Technology in the leadership team; raise awareness and ensure your lead team members have a clear sense of what Technology is and how they can leverage our services; act as a Technology consultant when required
- Create excellent relationships with the Technology Services organizations leveraging internal and external resources
- Be the escalation point for Technology service performance issues/outages
- Go across the boundaries of the business/services lines to get people engaged when needed
Create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners:
- Deliver with excellence best in class initiatives and drive adoption
- Shape the development and drive execution of best in class initiatives that meet the priorities of the region and function
- Ensure the commercialization of the initiative is adequate
- Ensure the initiatives are well adopted
- Orchestrate the functioning of the matrix, pulling the appropriate resources as needed
Vendor management:
- Maximize the value of our key partnerships and ensure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs
- Align service requirements measures and scorecards with the partners, conduct regular meeting with partners to review performance & SLA
- Coordinate necessary changes to outsource contract in line with business requirement and global IT strategy
