Meet with potential clients and manage all stages of the sales cycle through to closure, delivering the sale via our ICO Russian sales agents, meeting or exceeding corporate targets

Actively visit customers to promote the solutions according to CIS developed strategy

Identify, contact, qualify, Russian companies who require satellite communications to improve their business operations - in remote and any parts of Russia where other communications are not available

Manage strategic customer relationship and focus on customer satisfaction and growth in cooperation with regional sales channels

Implement & Roll out new products or product changes from sales & marketing point of view

Prepares and conducts regular review meetings with leadership, ensuring monthly/quarterly/annual targets are met or exceeded

Managing all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, qualifying, meeting, negotiating, and closing clients around all region (business trip up to 60%)

Collaborate with Sector/Sales/Marketing/Product management to support and develop new business growth opportunities with new product development

Ensure KPI achievement in sales for all business lines (units, volume, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction) together with Director of Sales

Provision of local ‘sales’ support: contacts with key accounts, support, training on products, technical information, service information

Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures

Implement KAM strategy and concept

Responsibility to increase his application and product knowledge through training and regular exchange with customers and technical persons

Provide feedback on competitor implementation, pricing, promotions etc

Make presentations and run seminars for potential customers and partners

Train, develop and motivate sales and marketing staff of both Agents and Dealers to achieve desired objectives

Assist the accounts organization in the Marketing tasks related to the product account

Monitors all market development activities to ensure that company business aims are in line with the market

Organize the networking of the key decision making employees of the Customer early in the commercial development of Project
