KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for implementing and maintenance of a solution made to proactively control business processes and accelerate operational efficiency of enterprises
- You'll drive the innovative use of Application Traffic Control as an enterprise business monitoring platform
- Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts with regard to process and workflow
- Support the integration of customer IT solutions and applications to the Application Traffic Control
- Responsible for owning Application Traffic Control system configuration and user setup as needed. Configure tracking points, process maps, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
- Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through functional testing
- Work with management, account and project managers to scope work and produce estimates
- Collaborate closely with Application Traffic Control product team to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities
- Understanding the needs/pain points of our clients and propose solutions
- You'll be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customer
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of IT consulting experience or as a business analyst implementing and/or supporting ERP, business analytic or industry specific applications
- You have come from a programming background using one or more of the languages such as SQL, Python, Lua, Java
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships
- You have the desire to learn and apply new technologies
- You have good interpersonal skills
- Experience and expertise in translating business requirements and processes into low friction automation and high impact systems
- Passion for exceptional documentation including diagrams, standards, and project papers
- Must be able to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations
- Upper-intermediate English level (verbal and writing skills)
- Ability to travel to Europe for meetings with client
- Working place in Moscow or Saint-Petersburg
