Responsibilities:
- Analyze the automotive market, internal and dealer inventory, price positioning, competition and released actions in order to make a decision on efficiency of current investments and make proposals for the upcoming periods
- Manage the process of researching, evaluating, selecting, implementing, and administering of customer and dealer Sales support programs (discounts, financial programs, special offers, bonus, etc.) and ensuring all calculations are accurate and auditable
- Drive the design, re-design, implementation and validation of existing, new and ad-hoc reports as needed. Work independently to process information and data to create reports on activities, trends, and projections regarding incentive plan performance, efficiencies, and possible improvements
- Provide guidance by developing data and analytics for internal executive review and external negotiation
- Identify and align measures to support the competitiveness of all models in line with Financial targets
- Set-up, budget and align Sales support programs between Product – Sales Departments and Head of Brand, submission to Finance within deadlines (Annually, Quarterly and Monthly)
- Develop and lead approval process for final Sales support programs with Director NSO Controlling on monthly basis
- Align, prepare specific business cases and follow up HQ requests for Sales Support Programs
- Develop, coordinate and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of the Sales Support program (Annually, Quarterly and Monthly)
- Individually responsible for correct sales compensation calculation and timely payment to Dealers submission, ensure process conform budget release to Finance for payment to dealers
- Analyze and make strategic and tactical recommendations around program results. You will provide direction on opportunities to improve Profit & Loss key metrics based on analysis of promotion, spending, and volume (forecasts and actuals), leading of incentives budget in concern systems
- Provide regular forecasts of financial data and take necessary action to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Interact with Marketing Department about Sales support programs and ensure a correct communication with the dealer network and official website
- Support ad-hoc Sales support requests as required, lead preparation and alignment for Business Meeting at the Management level
- Coordination of specialist and trainee by providing timeline / deadline & templates to ensure reporting standards to external partners
Requirements:
- Higher education in Management / Finance /Economics
- Knowledge of Russian automotive market
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and proficiency with PowerPoint
- A data-driven mindset and strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Аbility to influence, drive decisions, and lead discussions utilizing data
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Ability to build relationships and to influence and collaborate across departments to achieve objectives
- English upper-intermediate and higher
