Major accountabilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing approach to all Rx portfolio in line with the business’s strategic priorities and establish & monitor KPI’s behind key marketing projects with the focus on ROI
- Create and lead a process to identify and review market potential for RX therapy areas in conjunction with the Business Unit marketing team.
- Install and guide flexibility of marketing resource allocation for BU Lines and brand teams to maximize business support and cost efficacy.
- Develop proper marketing mix behind the products and portfolios based on multiple factors evaluation and monitor it’s implementation of to ensure excellence of marketing strategy realization (to achieve targeted growth rates of top line and ROI for the products/ portfolios).
Maximize within a constantly changing market place the commercial opportunities and competitive advantage to Sandoz Rx business through development of effective pharmacy chains strategy and coordination of tactical plans implementation with Key Accounts Department (Trade marketing activities)
- Develop and implement the Pharmacy Chains strategy for Rx BU portfolio in close cooperation with Brand marketing teams and KA Team.
- Establish trade marketing KPI’s behind targeted RX brands with the focus on ROI and closely cooperate with KA team to collect insight and develop corrections re strategy where necessary.
- Support of contractual negotiation process with experience-based propositions with regard to product’s values and promo strategy.
- Collect data and any insights related to competitors strategy including but not limited by : stock-volume, debt management, marketing/trade. marketing programs, local packaging and pricing., etc.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and integration of Sandoz sales processes, policies and interactions within the Business units and business. functions. Participate in cross- functional teams and collaborate with internal customers in order to maximize efficiency of work.
Ideal experience: - 7+ years of experience in sales \ marketing \ commercial \ trade operations.

Experience in pharmaceutical company is preferred.

A detailed understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market.

Sensitivity re market dynamics/regional differences.

Strong analytical skills \ financial acumen.
