Responsibility:
To research the market in order to determine the needs for the products manufactured by the Company, prices, conditions for the supply of products, etc
To provide the sales growth for the Company's products:
- search and attract the new customers by permanent market monitoring;
- new customers visiting two times a month;
- work with the incoming customer’s requests;
- process the incoming orders;
- build up the long-term relationships with clients;
- prepare the documents;
- conduct the business correspondence with customers
On a quarterly basis, to provide the information on competitors: geography of location, manufactured products, prices, terms of delivery, etc to the Commercial director, General director.
To visit the clients at least once every 2 months to each client in order to maintain mutually beneficial relations, obtain information about the client's internal situation, clients' plans for continued cooperation, wishes for improving product quality, expanding the range, etc.
Make a sales budget in accordance with the goals and objectives of the company, correct the plans in accordance with the orders of the General Director of the Company.
To implement and fulfill the sales plan in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Company. Monitor the implementation of key sales figures and in case of deviations, immediately inform the Commercial director.
Prepare the contracts in accordance with the negotiated conditions and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Control all contracts with clients signed by the manager. Provide the most favorable conditions for the company: prices, delivery schedule, etc. Control the process of contract conditions negotiation, signing and fulfilling until the product delivery
Supervise new projects until the start of production and delivery.
Provide support for current clients of the company in accordance with the concluded contracts.
Control the invoicing and payment process. On a weekly basis, provide the commercial director with a written report on the payment situation, overdue invoicing, the timing of payment delays, the reasons for the delay in customer payment.
On a quarterly basis, provide the commercial director with an analytical report on the products: prices, which types of products are profitable, not profitable.
To coordinate the delivery scheduler and production plans in order to ensure the delivery of finished products in time, in full and quality in accordance with orders and contracts. In case of problems with shipments due to downtime of machines in production, etc., look for opportunities to manufacture products at other factories of the company (Russia, other countries), taking into account the need to find the most effective way to solve the problem.
On a monthly basis, to provide the commercial director with an analytical report on the fulfillment of contractual obligations by clients in terms of order volumes, the compliance of planned orders with current ones. Constantly monitor the situation and, in case of deviations, immediately take corrective actions - contact with customers in order to find out the reasons for deviations and find ways to correct the situation.
To develop and implement measures to reduce excess product residues and waste and accelerate their sales.
To participate in the organization of exhibitions, fairs and other events for product advertising.
