Functions:
- Grow a team of performing sales managers to get better revenues

Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales or business development

- definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparent
- at least basic knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets)
