Our team is responsible for design, development, and operation of the global payment platform that serves our global key customers. It offers our customers localised merchant acquiring solutions in countries governed by different banking regulations.
You will report to CCO and CEO and be responsible for managing viable corporate functions in the area of opening new markets. You will manage the team inside and strategic relationships with in local geographies players and payment schemes, as well as support delivery of our initiatives as part of the roadmap or internal requests, roll-out of planned services in each new country. You are to take ownership of entrusted initiatives, align stakeholders’ requirements and expectations, and do whatever it takes to deliver the implementation of critical initiatives which would form the bedrock for our merchant acquiring services in new markets.
You are expected to lead these tasks:
- Develop and deliver strategy of the global solution to various departments at YooMoney;
- Proactively managing all existing and new projects initiated by you and your team in different geographies and lead them to successful completion and/or launch;
- Identify, asses, strategize and plan necessary activities in order to launch our acquiring services in new markets, that you prioritized;
- Set-up new business relationships with local important players and be responsible for managing these relationships;
- Identify, asses, strategize and plan necessary activities in order to launch our acquiring services in new markets;
- Prepare commercial offers and presentations (including in English);
- Improve product and technical schemes of work in conjunction with the product and IT department;
- Shared accountability for all proposals, contracts and any further documentation which are required for your department to achieve the relevant operating licenses;
About You:
You are a strong leader with proven track record, as well as a communicator and expert in relationship management experience with senior stakeholders in the payment industry.
You possess excellent business knowledge and deep expertise in acquiring services (ideally in issuing services too). You are familiar with, can easily navigate in payment systems rules, requirements and limitations, and can map them against any requirement of local regulators worldwide.
You have proven records of delivering complex projects and dealing with payment systems and/or regulators at least in one of the following regions: Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, Americas. You have strong project management skills, result oriented attitude, perfect analytical skills and very high attention to the details. On top of all the above – you are familiar how to work in different time zones and enjoy it.
