BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rapid analysis of hot events in the macro, industry and customer level;
- Provide relevant consumer insights to the relevant teams to support problem solving;
- Collect and synthesize consumer, customer, brand data and internal data to contribute with recommendations and to inform decisions;
- Support a number of Selling and Customer Experience teams as well as stores based by providing relevant insights on the workload division;
- Analyze consumer study results and deliver actionable insight;
- To be the voice of consumer for the business.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- 2+ years relevant experience from consumer study or market research industry;
- Ability to learn an understand mobile phone industry;
- Good communication, teamwork and cross-functional communication skills.
