Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key market leaders to identify trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Search and implement new business opportunities that can bring profit to the business of the Company.
- Set future directions for new products and business opportunities.
- Monitor competition in the market.
- To carry out the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the relevant areas of medicine using the necessary arsenal of advertising tools.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, terms of sale and bid prices.
- Provide relevant business data to the organization.
Background requirements:
- Fluent in business English and Russian language knowledge is a must
- Degree qualified (Science/Veterinary Science preferred), ideally with postgraduate business study (e.g. MBA)
- 3 years + experience in key account management or export/distributor market management role
- Understanding market trends, and business environment
- Strong understanding of negotiation strategy and its application
- Proven strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Proven track-record in adherence to Company compliance policies and procedures
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
