Al-Behar Flexible Printed Film is a leading supplier and specialist sales hub of high-quality flexible packaging materials, currently boasting a supply capacity of 1500 tons of printed film per month. With our capacity ideally located in the GCC, the Company is able to maintain a consistency in supply, efficiency and timely delivery to over 23 countries across the Middle East and Africa.
In 2020, the company decided to enter the CIS market in 2021, and in this regard, a team of professionals is being recruited in Russia.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a motivated team member with +5 years experience in the flexible packaging field.
It is a must that the candidate has a strong understanding of the flexible packaging market and ability to gain the appropriate network.
Tasks:
- Market analysis, monitoring of the competitive environment, filling out the database;
- Market analysis of potential customers and filling out the database (wholesale companies, manufacturing companies, industrial enterprises);
- Creation and further development of our own client base;
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients of the company: cold calls, schedule business meetings, prepare commercial offers, develop partnerships;
- Consulting clients on products;
- Sign contracts, control payment of bills and contractual obligations;
- Maintaining a customer base in CRM;
- Business trips to other regions of the Russian Federation are possible.
You are suitable for us if:
- B2b sales experience in the flexible packaging field is a must;
- You have experience selling more than 10 tons of flexible packaging materials monthly;
- Strong established customer network;
- You are able and ready to search for clients from scratch;
- Successful experience in attracting clients;
- Skills of direct and telephone sales at the level of decision-makers;
- Confident PC user (skills in Word, Excel and Google products)
- Knowledge in logistics;
- Intermediate level of English;
Conditions:
- Competitive level of payment - salary + % of sales;
- Remote work from anywhere in the Russian Federation;
- Five days’ work week, from 10.00 to 19.00, Saturday and Sunday are day offs.
