Our client is the leading international designer, manufacturer and supplier of drilling and workover rigs for both onshore and offshore production facilities, as well as a wide range of drilling equipment.
Mission of the role: Ensuring the customer assistance service in After Sales phases, in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Activities and responsibilities:
1. Organize the customer assistance service for the solution of operational issues
2. Manage the activation and the planning of service programs based on the specific needs of customers
3. Supervise the planning and activation of periodic inspections on the Customer's equipment necessary to obtain recertifications or to overhaul systems / parts of systems on site or at factories, thus coordinating the work
4. Manage the identification of qualified personnel for the implementation of interventions at the Customer
5. Collect feedback from customers and provide useful information to the various business areas for product and service improvement
6. Periodically check the customer satisfaction
7. Analyse with the Project Manager the report on the commissioning progress of the rigs
8. Ensuring the proper management of assigned personnel, taking care of relationships and adequate internal communication, in compliance with company policies
9. Ensure compliance with the safety, environmental and quality standards in the workplace according to the applicable law decrees
10. Promote support and control, in the area of its competence, the safeguarding of corporate values and compliance with the code of ethics
11. Draw up the function budget in line with the strategic lines and the objectives assigned
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
• English language knowledge Master: C1-C2
• Knowledge of basic drilling technologies and main equipment;
• Knowledge of the testing procedures (reading of the test data sheets, calibrations, test run)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and API product certifications
• Knowledge of drilling rigs, technologies and components
• Knowledge of international contracts (requirements, types, conditions, legislations)
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector and main competitors and clients
• Knowledge of the Project Management principles and logic (Management, Risk, Control)
• Knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics/electronics/pneumatics
