Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the delivering of cross functional projects as a project or workstream lead. The key role is supporting the development of a constant business improvement within the organization by monitoring and improving critical customer facing processes and enhancing internal solutions and processes in partnership with global and local functions.
Key areas and responsibilities:
Participate and deliver cross functional projects as a project lead or workstream lead. Perform a scope analysis, risk management, develop project plans. Lead all phases from initiation to hyper care. Drive execution to deliver on time, full scope and within the budget
- Internal processes improvement
Investigate, propose and deliver internal process improvements within logistic, finance, planning and admin. Lead cross functional teams, drive and facilitate an execution. Develop SOPs and KPIs inc. monitoring tools. Asses evolution of customer needs. Develop internal processes to track and develop customer facing business improvements.
Framing project management cycle from zero till hyper care stage. Understand FPX standards. Ability to manage several workstreams internally and remotely. Provide a constant connection with the business being a point of communication between all stakeholders and delivery groups. Manage critical project phases within strict timelines, resources and budget restrictions.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor or master’s degree
- 3 years + of relevant experience in commercial organization
- Understanding of commercial, logistic and admin processes as well as overall business and functional objectives
- Experience in participation in framing and detailing key KPIs, developing project plans and performing business solution analysis
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Understanding of IT processes and solutions in logistic and finance
- Understanding of Compliance, SOX and Agile standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership skills and proactive approach skills are essential
- Advanced level of English is a must
