Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance and related degrees are preferred
- At least 3 - 5 years of sell-side/buy-side experience as a research analyst in asset management
- Genuine interest in financial markets
- Excellent knowledge of equity valuation and credit analysis
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting standards
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
- CFA program participation is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Head of Research will work on different tasks covered by Chief Investment Officer, including:
- Lead the Research team, overseeing capital markets, investment selections
- Generating investment ideas in US and EM securities universe
- Performing fundamental fixed-income research on various issuers
- Performing fundamental equity research including but not limited to growth stocks, event-driven stories
- Monitoring and providing investment update on the current portfolio holdings
- Performing day-to-day market analysis of public securities, macro environment and news flow
- Preparing presentations for investment committee
