What you will do
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Operations Manager will pay critical role in day-to-day sales & marketing teams support with systems & tools thru accurate reports creation, data quality focus. Position will support the global sales team across multiple time zones with modern and fast evolving toolset.
This is a full-cycle Sales Excellence/Operations job and requires hands on data analysis skills, expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Sales enablement Tools administration experience. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role and candidates should have strong technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage data sources in CRMs and marketing automation tools adopted inside the company today (Salesforce.com CRM, Hubspot Marketing automation, Outreach.io sales automation tool, Planhat Partner Portal solution).
- Technical support of CRMs and marketing automation tools to verify that data syncs and goes back and forth between them (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Outreach.io).
- Hubspot: you would be responsible for properties, leads scoring system, workflows and automations.
- Salesforce.com: it’s going to be properties for accounts, contacts and opportunities where required fields are needed, also email alerts automation.
- Outreach.io: syncing with hubspot and salesforce and getting leads in and out and their statuses.
- Configure filters, properties and scoring system in Hubspot to filter out relevant leads and help marketing teams to adjust desirable results with their marketing campaigns.
- Daily working with CRO, sales and executive teams on preparation of multiple reports and analyzing sales and marketing funnels.
- Access management administration for users in CRMs.
- Rules, automation, workflows adjustments and configuration in CRMs (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Outreach)
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or relevant field.
- Fluent English
- Minimum 5+ yrs as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce and/or Hubspot certified CRT-101 strongly desired
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce including managing multiple user management setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow rules and validations.
- Experience maintaining data quality and data cleanup in Salesforce via constant data analysis, scheduled reports, data loads and validation rules.
- Experience developing and maintaining reporting and dashboards in support of Sales & Marketing teams.
- Experience engaging with Sales, Marketing and others in weekly governance meetings to identify and recommend platform changes
- Experience acting as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques to ensure adoption of sales enablement tools in a way that generates increased revenue
- Ability to partner with internal teams to ensure any dashboards or reporting reflects what Sales & Marketing require to manage their business
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/SQL skills
- Possesses strong math skills.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills.

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
