Responsibilities:
- Provides trusted support to managers and employees in all HR related topics: organizational development, promotions, hirings, separations, compensation, internal communications;
- Supports TA process: together with managers identifies relevant job profiles, participates in talent acquisition processes;
- Liaises with and supports functional regional business partners to deliver value add services aligned to business objectives to managers and employees?
- Collaborates with BP’s and COE’s to implement people programs?
- Resolves complex employee relation issues, drives performance, productivity and compliance with local policy and legislation. ?
- Optimizes the employee experience through the cycle of hiring, onboarding, retention , exit.?
- Conducts employee onboarding and preparation of the induction plan for newcomers
- Supports training & development process for the current employees
- Ensures that the performance review process for the employees in conducted in timely and proper fashion, takes an active part in it;
- Advises employees on various HR related topics such as helps to resolve issues and problems
- Assists in organizational and space planning;
- Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies in strict compliance with the labor codes
- Maintains employees’ information in the corporate HR system, gathers and analyzes data with useful HR metrics when needed;
- Provides the communication process on new employees, promotions, organizational changes
- Manages employee disputes and conducts exit interviews with the employees
- Influences employee engagement and management capability?
- Implements global and regional initiatives on local level
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP in the international company
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good experience in TA
- Awareness of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in IT sphere is a strong advantage
