We are looking for candidates to join our teams in Russia within the E-commerce to help shape the future at Essity. The GO! What you will do:

Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in September 2021. The GO! Program provides a real job with real responsibilities and an individual development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.
The GO! Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, processes and tools, develop functional as well as leadership competencies while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business. Focus areas: we are seeking for candidates in E-commerce!
What you need:
- minimum Bachelor degree in the relevant field for the role completed at program start. You have maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage
- excellent level of English and also good skills in Russian
- international mindset from working and/or studying abroad and an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures
- willingness to travel and relocate if needed
- an interest in developing and leading yourself, a curiosity to learn new things and an ability to inspire people to achieve things together. With your solution-oriented approach you are eager to make a difference and have the courage to act on own ideas
- great networker and communicator who thrives in a changing environment.
