About The Role
Purchase order and closing document support for Marketing and CR department including:
- Control of closing documents receipt form vendors based on contracts terms requirements (hard-copy and electronic documents);
- Primary closing documents check based on DTP requirements (hard-copy and electronic);
- Control of signing closing document (hard-copies) by employees based on power of attorneys from General manager;
- Creation a documents card in Directum system for each closing document;
- Request of reconciliation statements from vendors and sending them back their variants checked and signed by invoice controllers;
- Communication with vendors regarding payments related questions, issues with documents revealed by invoice controllers;
- Activation/deactivation new vendors for Electronic document flow in Sinerdocs system;
- Creation, maintenance and closing PO for Marketing and CR department;
- Request Master data to create new vendors in SAP/ or amend vendors card due to any changes;
- Creation goods receipt in SAP for A&P materials (POSM &VAP) that delivered to the office;
- Support Po creators outside the team (Supply, On-trade and Sales dpt) and control PO creation discipline (including control Retro, Aged, Dormant PO control);
- Support PO housekeeping implementation in Russia, communication with STP Governance, Users trainings;
- Support attracting new vendor to Electronic document flow;
- Support A&P Lean project.
About You:
- Higher education (Accounting/Tax as an advantage);
- Not less than 1 year of experience as an assistant is preferable;
- Fluent English is a must;
- good communication skills;
- SAP knowledge as an advantage.
Terms: temporary contract (maternity cover)
