PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Cluster Lead Account Director is responsible for the implementation, development and nurturing of a key Global client across the CIS cluster.
This role is essential in building and strengthening relationships with the client whilst identifying growth opportunities for the business as well as ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. The Cluster Lead Account Director will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the account and manage the performance of their team, ensuring all work is completed in line with the SLA.
This individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account, balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans. We are seeking a retail focussed marketer with an in-depth experience of working with clients across campaign concepts and planning, artwork adaption, production and installations to drive the Client Services team and deliver ongoing solutions and continuous improvement.
The perfect candidate will have senior agency experience with a proven track record for exceptional service delivery, developing Clients, nurturing relationships across a cluster of markets and converting opportunities as well as team management experience. The diversity of products, services, retail environments and the complex challenges of in-store window and shop in shop campaigns require a strong opinion and a passionate interest in retail marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join HH Global as we on-board, develop and grow with this exciting new client. Our client, a well-known sports/fashion brand, is focussed on market position in a competitive and innovative retail environment and needs us to support, enhance and drive the success of their in-store execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertaking an initial project lead role to ensure on time implementation of services across the cluster
-
Building, mentoring and developing a team with the support of the Group Account Director and local operational lead roles
-
Deploying the overall HH Global/Client strategy across communications, ways of working, sustainability and sourcing
-
Form a key role in the HH Global Clients marketing team - building confidence through a change management process?
-
Providing a point of contact and escalation across the cluster with a hands on approach to campaign activity
-
Delivering operational excellence over and above predefined service levels, identifying areas of operational improvements aligned to client objectives with the Group Account Director and fellow Account Director cluster leads
-
Play a leading role in the delivery of client satisfaction, including client liaison, management of internal resource departments and management of external suppliers across the clients cluster of markets

Take ownership of and resolve issues, quality concerns or corrective actions
-
Developing effective growth strategies and managing the opportunities with the Group Account Director
-
Achieve and excel growth targets
-
Manage overall financial performance of the cluster, risk analysis and remedy
-
Identifying risks to the account and putting in place strategies to manage these risks
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Leads monthly business review meetings and takes responsibility for ensuring stakeholders understand the key metrics and service delivery

Ensure proactive communications at appropriate levels and promote and encourage cross cluster collaboration and knowledge sharing

Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the clients; business and sector

Responds proactively, positively and promptly to client requirements.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Build an account team of industry experts, based across the cluster under your direction ensuring compliance to company operating procedure

Operates an effective and unbiased leadership role and across both local and remotely located team

Builds and promotes a culture that reflects both the cultures of the HH Global client and HH Global

Manage the personal development of your team members through, appraisals, one?to?one meetings, mentoring and training

Coaches and develops team members to work inline with current process as well as encourages them to think laterally in order to improve services further

Contributes to the development and implementation of operating procedures within a standard framework, that will drive the HH Global way of working for retail clients

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
