Senior Account Manager (Client Service Manager) is responsible for managing tier 1 OBA (Outcome Based Advertising) clients and key supply partners. The primary function of this role is to ensure continuous growth of managed accounts towards greater scale and better performance. Senior Account Manager oversees client communications and takes part in most important discussions guiding our clients to decisions well aligned with their business as well as matching OBA strategy. On the Supply Side, Senior Account Manager acts as a primary point of contact for OBA’s largest partners coordinating resolution of issues and negotiating better terms to access their inventory. The Senior Account Manager works closely with the Performance Management Team to stay aware of the current trends and challenges with every managed account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch accounts to grow month over month
- Lead accounts on business level both tactically and strategically
- Coordinate resolution of issues raised by clients
- Be primary point of contact for Supply Partners
- Communicate to clients and partners on questions raised by Internal Teams
- Negotiate better deals with SSPs
- Ensure clients and partners are happy with working with IPONWEB
- Hold weekly / bi-weekly meetings with key accounts
Role Requirements:
- Good technical understanding of the RTB ecosystem
- Experience in leading big accounts at C-level with $MM monthly budgets
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must
