Description and Responsibilities
HQTS Group is looking for a Consumer Products Team Sales Manager to join our sales department in Moscow. The target opportunity is any company that imports consumer hard goods, soft goods, electronics, textiles, or other products and materials from anywhere in Asia.
Consumer Products Team Sales Manager is an experienced business developer & team leader with proven ability to develop independently executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients as through team management, as through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. The team manager is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for Moscow Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Sales Team to achieve the annual Sales Goals.
- Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales.
- Coach sales executives for sales operations and monitor their performance.
- Associating with top management and develop Russian local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
- Initiating and managing the implementation of the all-round sales strategy.
- Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels / new market.
- Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
- Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
- Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales operation, business development & global team managing experience in TIC industry, sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business on consumer products. TIC industry will be preferred.
- A successful track record of personal sales performance
- Excellent listening, writing and cross cultural communication skills.
- Experienced in remote team management.
- Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
- Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
- International travel is required.

Compensation
Salary plus commissions of team sales result.
