The latter was launched to build an institutional business on its existing strengths in the Russian markets, and since June 2012, offers prime services and global markets business lines to institutional clients in Russia and internationally.

Main responsibilities:
- application support and manage daily activities of the Back Office including evenings and holidays on rotational basis
- work with Business teams on identifying and resolving issues
- work with another support and development teams on identifying and resolving integration issues, which include data import from external sources, integration with another systems, market data receiving etc
- follow support rules and procedures
- actualizations of manuals and user-guides
Technical knowledge/Qualification required:
- knowledge of Calypso is mandatory
- understanding of the basic investment bank processes is mandatory
- working experience as a 2nd line support engineer
- knowledge of SQL query language
- spoken English is a plus
- knowledge of financial instruments will be a plus
- knowledge of Zabbix, Excel, Grafana is a plus
- experience in system monitoring setup is a plus
