The Role

In cooperation with the Country manager and the rest of the service team, you are responsible for ensuring the maintenance, extension of our largest contracts and developing new ones.
The position is about managing key account management of a fixed portfolio in primarily the Pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing your own customer portfolio as well as your own budget goals.
The job guarantees you an exciting and versatile everyday life, where you get a great responsibility and independence while at the same time you will have a large contact area throughout the organization. And to some extent colleagues in other countries. You need to be very aware of the importance of collaboration for your success.
The Candidate
- You are a good relationship builder with a focus on results
- You have at least 3 years of experience in KAM work
- You are structured and systematic

- You like to create great customer experiences
- You may have experience from pharmaceutical customers
The right candidate likes a busy day and is able to keep many balls in the air at the same time. You are passionate about your customers and you have good business understanding. It will be beneficial if you have some experience working in or with in the pharmaceutical industry and familiar with the GMP mind-set. You are creative and a good reseller who can stand firm and We imagine that you have worked as KAM or with major clients in a service business. Your working style is characterised by having an independent and structured approach to your tasks, as well as being results-oriented and enterprising.
