Responsibilities:
• Responsible of Operations management cross-Europe
• Managing deliverables across international teams and third-party contractors / consultants
• Defining and implementing efficient tools, processes, procedures and ways of working, identifying automation and improvement needs, to help our business be more efficient and productive
• Operational life cycle management of both short and long-term deliverables, including but not limited to the planning, coordinating, implementation and tracking of a specific deliverable
• Identify, assess and escalate issues in order to minimize potential project risks
• Implement the vision of the Head of European Development Centre in close collaboration with Global Management by creating a detailed execution plan and help determine values, mission and plans for short and long-terms goals
• Assess the effectiveness of the company in the market and make regular efficiency and risk assessments of the economic indicators based on the industry trends and market development
• Implementing management tools - developing, creating and reviewing operational policies and procedures in international environments.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and to do the calculation of the resources required to complete projects delivery
• Offer inspired leadership and support for all employees , enable clear communication channels with all management teams across the region, manage and monitor the staff performance, provide proper training and ensure access to all tools needed for optimal work delivery
Minimum Qualifications
• Advanced English level
• Experience working with ERP and CRM software
• Experience in management, operations, leadership and international projects
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and balance sheet
• Superior computer skills, including MS Office suite
