Responsibilities:
- Build efficient assortment plan, range & price architecture guidelines for Marketplace based on previous seasons statistics & strategic channel vision.
- Ensure final x-categories range selection inline with the KPIs & guidelines.
- Create fact-based assortment guidelines for category managers.
- Assist in the collection of input from channel teams to assess alignment between commercial needs and brand strategy.
- Analyze sales, identify areas of opportunity and potential risks to the business.
Requirements:

University degree (Statistics, Analytic, Data science or Economic Faculties).

1-2 years of related experience with proven track record in Retail, FMSG or Food retail (analytics, assortment planning, buying, product management, price architecture).

Upper-Intermediate English level.

Advanced Excel user (Macros writing experience is a plus).

Soft skills: data accuracy, attention with the details, strong analytical & communication skills.
