We’ve given more than 3 million English lessons for adults and kids. We’ve been teaching math for a year now, and in 2021, we’ll be launching more subjects. We’re constantly developing new products and testing different formats.
We’re currently looking for a Market & User Researcher — a full-stack superhero for a new international product.

Responsibilities: -
International market research:
size, dynamics, niches;
open data sources research;
Google, analytical reports, Google Trends, SimilarWeb. -
Competitive analysis, that is an assessment of competitor’s products available on the market:
companies with user traffic, valuation / market cap, revenue, multiplier growth;
product and business models research: value proposition, CJM, product mechanics;
pricing, traffic channels, seasonal patterns, marketing campaigns, reasons why competitors grow or fail.

User research:
quantitative research in the form of Typeform surveys;
qualitative research that includes in-depth interviews, Zoom UX-interviews with designers;
customer journey maps that help measure customers’ needs and experiences;
conducting interviews in English;
collaboration with local vendors — finding contractors and monitoring work to completion.
- Build routine processes:
monitoring competitors — major product changes, changes in market value or user traffic;
market monitoring — funding rounds, M&A, new launches;
facilitating the flow of information — regular news digests for the team;
creating and managing a user-friendly knowledge base with important information on the market and customers;
implementing processes for new feature development — data enrichment at the start, post-evaluation after release.
You may be a fit for this role if you:
- have experience in international market research;
- can conduct interviews in English;
- are ready to work hard on lots of hands-on project;
- are not afraid to take responsibility for the entire product life cycle, from meeting with product owners and setting business goals to presenting research results;
- understand research methods and statistical significance, can evaluate sample representativeness, and know best practices for writing survey questions;
- can conduct in-depth interviews, identify customer’s motives, pain points, and needs;
- have experience in UX research;
- can distill research findings into clear and compelling data-backed presentations, Miro boards, reports, CJMs;
- come up with viable product and marketing hypotheses based on research results;
- know how to work with data, write SQL queries, and can understand our database;
- have experience working with different user research frameworks (JTBD, User Stories, Design Thinking)have a tech background; it’s not required but can make you stand out.
