Responsibilities for Support Specialist
- Assist customers as needed with usability and technical issues via different channels (email (ticket system), phone, chat) within Americas business hours (approx. 8 pm – 4 am Moscow time).
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company by sharing the feedback with the Product team.
- Work closely with the Development team to resolve customer issues.
- Focus on the resolution of customer issues by escalating and driving tasks within
Development and Product team. - Respect and improve Support metrics (CSAT, FRT, ART, RT and etc).
- Constantly improve a detailed knowledge of products and services.
Qualifications for Support Specialist

3-5 years of experience in customer service strongly preferred
-
Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed

Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to be solid
-
Ability to communicate and foster positive relationships
-
Accountability and personal organization are essential

Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
