Responsibilities:
- Coordinating work of external payroll provider to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll data and salary calculation process, as well fostering digitalization and overall efficiency of related processes;
- Ensuring correct and efficient payroll data reflection in 1C system, checking all the performed calculations and other payroll related documentation as per labor legislation;
- Ensuring all elements of the payroll process are properly documented in compliance with relevant statutory requirements and corporate policies;
- Consulting employees on payroll related questions, HR procedures, various HR admin processes, providing compliance to local labor legislation;
- Preparing, collecting and analyzing various HR statistical data, preparing reports and dashboards;
- C&B policies development and administration: voluntary medical insurance, accident insurance, fitness, services with discounts from partner-companies and other employee benefits provided by the Company;
- Conducting tenders, managing effective alignment of work by benefits’ providers;
- Developing internal HR policies and procedures, ensuring its compliance;
- Participation in other HR related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Economics / Human Resources / Sociological area;
- 4 or more years of experience in payroll coordination, C&B, HR administration areas;
- Experience in external/internal audits, outsource management, analysis of internal systems and processes;
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful results on time and within budget;
- Strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of labour legislation, rules of regulatory authorities (FTS, FSS, Pension Fund, etc);
- Attention to details combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and work under time pressure and flexibility to work with several projects at once;
- Good communication and organizational skills, accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette;
- PC advanced user MS Office (Excel, Power Point), 1C, SAP;
- English: Upper-intermediate level or higher.
