Honeywell Building Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Supervisor (Project Manager in Service business) to manage the long service contracts, projects and reactive works. The role involves managing the field engineering team and the day-to-day delivery of contractual services for commercial buildings. The FSS has overall responsibility for customer sites are maintained and services delivered as per the schedule and contractual obligations.
You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities.
Duties:
- Supervision and implementation of service assignments from consulting on contract drafting to ensuring of deadlines, cost and quality targets, up to the final acceptance procedures.
- Sales of reactive works and spare parts to assigned customers.
- ERP management and timeline & finance reporting (SAP). Ensure project health and timely cash collection.
- Complete service project milestones, such as handover from the sales team, customer liaison, design, 3rd party procurement, delivery schedules.
- Coordination and control of external capacities / subcontractors for service assignments.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with representatives and service recipients.
- Manage the engineering team with planning, timesheets and invoicing.
- Tracking and optimization of project costs.
- Develop the engineering team and team members
- Collect and report performance metrics.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience in service and maintenance of industry/building HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Systems.
- Effective communicator both internally and externally.
- Advanced English speaker.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, ability to articulate a value proposition to customers.
- Customer orientation, planning and organizational skills
