PRE OPENING:
Ibis Moscow Domodedovo Airport is looking for Head of Sales and Marketing Department. The hotel will be open by end of 2017.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, lead and manage all commercial activities and market segments including corporate, leisure, groups, and direct/indirect channels to maximize the Hotel revenue and meet revenue targets.
- Prepare the strategic sales and business plans (including pre-opening), monthly reporting needs, annual targets, marketing plans budgets & business forecasting requirements.
- Active participation in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote the positive image of the Hotel.
- Represent the hotel as needed on sales trips.
- Interact in a positive way with all team members and ensure an elegant guest experience.
- Lead and direct the Sales & Marketing Department to ensure the appropriate decisions are made & brand/Hotel values are developed.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years previous hotel sales experience in a related field (minimum 2 years as Head of Sales & Marketing).
- Previous Hotel pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Strong market experience / knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation & account handling skills.
- Flexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times.
- Strong analytical, organizational, - problem solving and administrative skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and strong multi-tasking.
- Competency in business planning, budgeting and has well developed business acumen.
- Articulate verbal and written communications skills. English is essential.
- Computer skills: MS Office, Opera, Tars, ANAIS.
- Can take the initiative and use new concepts and innovation to drive business and revenue opportunities.
