The Middleby Worldwide (MWW) RUS “Sales Director Manager” is responsible for managing the promotion, the marketing and the sales of all Middleby Food Processing brands of the protein divisions. This includes Alkar, Armor-Inox, Maurer-Atmos, MP Equipment, Thurne, Drake, Rapidpack, Cozzini and Danfotech. Moreover, the holder of the position will be responsible for closely working with all service- and spare parts specialists at the MWW RUS office.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the face and the sales and service responsible of all Middleby Food Processing Group (MFPG) brands that are marketed throughout the Russian territory.
- Guides and supports all possible future ASM at MWW RUS, as well as spare parts team, creating a relevant high performing and professional sales- and service structure for MWW RUS
- Presentation of sales projections for all MFPG brands with relevant concepts on how those goals and timelines will be achieved.
- Regular reporting, ideally on a monthly basis, of the current project pipeline with explanation on probability of an order
- Generation and facilitation of the sales volume objectives that are determined for every fiscal year in conjunction with the MFPG management and the brand presidents or sales responsible
- Close and regular interaction with all the brands managers and their respective sales responsible for the territory for all sales related matters pertaining to the Russian territory
- Establish reports on trends and key clients investment projects, as well as competitors development and/or activities
Requirements:
- Well rounded sales professional with several years of credentials in comparable position, managing imported and leading meat processing machines/systems from Europe and US throughout the territory of Russia. Ability to understand complex projects which require the understanding of integrating complete lines for the production of meat products.
- Highly communicative, knowledgeable of the Russian Agro-business landscape and access to the key decision makers throughout the industry. Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage.
Travel Expectations
The Sales Director for MWW RUS will establish his travel schedule based upon agreement and discussion with the MFPG management and/or customer-requested visits. It is anticipated that this position will spend at least 75% of his time traveling throughout Russia and all former Soviet Republics, as well as overseas trips to the various MFPG brands located in the US and Europe. The attendance and preparation of local exhibitions, as well as international exhibitions is expected.
