We’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Smartcat team who is responsible for building relationships, closing deals and driving revenue within a "new business" customer segment. It is a b2b sales role that requires a good understanding of SaaS business domain as well as experience of managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders on the customer's side in Russia and CIS markets.
Your outcomes:

Responsible for taking ownership of the sales cycle, from qualifying leads to close.

Be the subject matter expert in Smartcat product and match it with the needs of our customers

Consistently exceed monthly and yearly KPIs for prospecting both business customers and Language Service Providers.
Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience in b2b SaaS (is a must).

Strong track record of actively prospecting into new business opportunities.
-
Demonstrated history of consistent above quota performance and achievement of success with new accounts.

Solid understanding of freemium sales model and b2b SaaS sales fundamentals

Excellent communication skills to navigate colleague, customer, and partner interactions. We operate in a niche global industry ($45 bln) where trust and good relations matter.

Manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with management to provide an accurate sales forecast.

Feel comfortable to make regular phone calls (not ‘cold calling’) and use other means of communication to build relationships and close deals.

Prepare and present software demos with prospects and guide them through the buying process.

Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close within a fast paced sales environment.

A data-driven approach to business. You need to be ready to let the numbers measure success.

Connect and consult with inbound leads and marketing generated opportunities.

Leverage sales management tools to track sales activities.

English language proficiency (internal communication are mostly in English)
