We are currently looking for Customer Experience Manager to join the team.
The person will:
- Support development of the local multichannel marketing strategy and tactics;
- Develop digital activities that generate customer insights/learnings and integrate multichannel experiences that satisfy customers’ needs and improve the business performance;
- Implement/adapt of new digital tools and platforms + trainings to Medical, Marketing, Sales teams;
- Track and analyze of multichannel marketing performance on a regular basis;
- Lead localization of Global/RCV digital platforms and solutions;
- Lead web solutions development;
- Manage of E-mail marketing;
- Work and update existing digital channels;
- Manage of Third party digital projects;
- Collaborate closely with RCV on digital projects.
Our requirements:
- Higher education;
- Relevant experience (3 years +);
- Good understanding of digital marketing and marketing communications;
- Knowledge of SEO, Web-analytics, Web-development, email- marketing;
- Analytical thinking, business approach, focus on result;
- Good communication skills, flexibility, ability to interact and influence on different levels;
- Project management skills;
- Presentation skills;
- English level – Upper - Intermediate;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work in deadlines.
