Responsibilities:

Lead generation - prospecting clients based on territories through telephone calls
-
Responsibility of Finding the Person in Charge (PIC) of each potential company
-
Closing introductory meetings and responsible for reassignments
-
Communication with the Account Manager for client’s requests.
-
After sales support procedures with agreements, accounts etc.
-
Identify and analyze the opportunities created by the account manager.
-
Marketing research for competitors providing SMS & Voice numbers.
-
Reporting about productive cases ( BML report etc)
-
Using CRM tool for reporting the daily activity
Requirements:
-
Excellent communication - presentation skills in Russian language
-
2+ years of experience as Call Center Agent in outbound calls, Sales Representative or sales relevant position
-
High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
-
Excellent Computer Skills, CRM and MS Office
-
Ability to prioritize personal workload.
-
Sales background will be considered as an asset
-
Ability to work under pressure to target group goals
-
Quick learner and driven to succeed in a fast moving environment
-
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
-
Good knowledge of English language
