- You are the person to whom all your friends and acquaintances turn to for help with IT issues.

What will your duties be?
You will be helping Mac and Windows users to solve all the issues (setting up e-mail accounts, explaining, how to send a document to print, finding out why some program doesn’t work, installing OS X or Windows, setting up access rights on a file server, setting up a network printer, installing NAS, solving problems with software by Adobe, Microsoft or other developers).
You will be on duty at school every other week, alternating with a colleague. During your days at the office, you will be the first and, partially, the second line of support, you will solve both simple and complex tasks (the more tasks are solved by support engineers without transferring them to system administrators, the better it is for everyone).
You will be studying (during your probationary period, you will need to prepare and take the OS X Support Professional or Windows Customization exam).
How does the job interview happen?

- If the phone interview is successful, we will meet at our office.
Required technical skills:
- User experience with Mac or Hackintosh is desirable.
- User experience with Adobe products.
- User and support experience with Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to use e-mail, phone, search engines, documentation systems, experience and knowledge of your colleagues.
Required professional skills:
- The ability to communicate with people.
- High level of speaking and writing skills.
- The ability to quickly delve into what is happening and find the problem.
- The ability to double-check your work and anticipate possible mistakes and consequences.
- The ability to escalate problems in time.
- Self-learning ability.
