About the role:
DiDi is open to hiring a junior/middle brand manager to enforce the local marketing team in Russia & EECA. We are looking for a fresh approach to our current customer profile as well as a passion for finding more opportunities for business growth. This person also ensures brand consistency across all channels: marketing campaigns, owned channels, in-app comms, and internal team materials. And we are hoping that the perfect candidate benefits from both methodologies and their own creativity.
What you are going to do:
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, as well as competition strategies, and come up with the campaign ideas
- Conduct supervision of brand guidelines across all communication elements
- Update our brand asset portfolio: from guidelines to creative library, we’d like to keep our assets at the latest and shared with stakeholders
- Manage creative production with in-house and 3rd party vendors. Briefs, negotiations, sign-offs, timelines and delivery of static and video creatives may take a large part of your scope.
- Support the new launches as well as seasonal marketing campaigns, in order to maintain rapid growth for the business
- Collaborate with other departments (Operations, BD, other Markets) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy

Formal requirements:
- 1-2 years in brand management
- Upper-intermediate English, as we are working in an international ecosystem
- Ability to work with various stakeholders in different time zones
- GSuite, Zoom, all the remote tools
