THE ROLE
The main purpose of the role is to drive in-store sales of our bright brands Color Cosmetics category. Are you creative and structured at the same time? Then it's an excellent opportunity for you!
Reporting to: TM Head of Color cosmetics, Consumer Beauty
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales development strategy in category/brand based on market trends and business goals
- Development of the Trade marketing calendar by channels/KA based on brand strategy. Realization Trade marketing plan.
- Preparation and participation in annual marketing negotiations with KA
- ROI effective promo plan. Analysis of the effectiveness of the promotional activities
- Regular brand performance analytics (sell-in, sell-out, stock) & new launches performance assessment. Action plan to improve performance by KA.
- GAP closing action plan
- Development of Commercial initiatives for KA, concept sell preparation and presentation
- Launch of new products: volumes calculation and approval, support plan leadership, listing control.
- Gift sets development.
- Promo strategy by channel/KA
- Development and approval of planograms for KA according global guidelines
- Effective planning and budget management
- Market analysis and recommendations for changes in assortment, shelf space and promo support for sales growth
- Cross functional communication (marketing, sales, finance, supply chain) for effective and in time goals achievement.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3+ years in Trade Marketing of international FMCG company;
- 1+ years in Brand Marketing, Analytic or Sales team is considered as advantage;
- Experience with Beauty is considered as advantage;
- Experience in budget management (icnl. actuals tracking), calculation of activities’ ROI and P&L compilation;
- Intermediate English and higher (solid written communication);
- Advanced presentation skills, analytical skills;
- External focus, awareness about industry;
- Skills & abilities:

- Ability to learn on-the-go
- Stress resistance & ability to focus under time pressure
- Ability to embrace change
- Basic business analysis skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work in multi-functional team
