In this role, you have the opportunity to
Develop and implement go2market strategy for our Espresso category within key sales channels based on deep shopper & channels knowledge. Define relevant product portfolio as well as promo activation plan at category level. Manage in-store excellence for respective categories to be activated in on-line and off-line channels.
You are responsible for:
- Developing a Local Shopper Activation Plan and a category vision for relevant channels
- Building Shopper knowledge about category: shopper insights translated into category activations / promotions
- Distribution grid per category (right product assortment in relevant channels based on Shoppers insights)
- Best in class in store visibility at non price level: LTTE, end-caps, shelf solution, POSM development and production
- Category promotions development both for on-line and off-line channels
- Promo Approach implementation including Promo Calendar ownership at category level
- Managing, tracking, and evaluating the budget to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on- and offline (in-store, additional co-op)
- Philips cross category campaigns development & implementation
- Closely cooperate with Marketing, Sales & Channel TSM & BTL agencies
- Investment Outlook Management
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in similar position gained within international companies
- University degree (preferably in marketing)
- Fluent English
- Professional negotiations skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS power Point
