- Development, implementation and control effective realization customer-oriented multichannel strategy related to WMH brands, including traditional and not traditional communication channels and tools:

Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic and tactical plan/budget according to brand strategy in cooperation with brand managers team;
- Leading cross-functional team of colleagues from the marketing, business technology, legal and division of commercial efficiency departments;
- Leading global digital projects in BU (ACare as example)
- Monitoring key trends in digital & media areas and implementation of new approaches in business
- Create digital content for filling all selected for the promotion digital channels and platforms in accordance with company procedures and the needs of the business and customers
- Responsible for content of all digital resources in BU (brand web-sites, Woman First project and so on)
- Post activity analysis, media audit and developing recommendation for the future process improvement
- Excellent execution of all initiatives within agreed budget not only according to agreed strategy/brand plan but initiated during the year
- Independent role, will lead key projects in Business Unit related to disease awareness of woman health
- Responsible for all brands in WMH Business Unit
Position Accountability / Scope:
- Reports to BU Head and dotted line to GBMs
- Responsible for all brands in WMH BU
- Key stakeholders – BU Head, BU marketing, Digital team, PR
Minimum Education:
- High degree, preferably in marketing
- Marketing background - 3 years as Brand Manager minimum
- Digital, PR and media experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English
