Purpose of the role:
To be a part of customer service team for Russia. To support the team in providing the first class services to our customers and colleagues.
Key Performance Indicators
1. To be the contact point with customers in Russia
- Handling customer orders, order confirmations and re-confirmations
- Informing the customers on product stock availability and product delivery time
- Monitor customer delivery situation
- Handling shipments to customers (in coordination with customers, forwarders and warehouse
- Processing claims, commercial and warranty returns
- Monitor customer credit situation
2. Work with ERP system (JD Edwards)
- Processing orders in ERP
- Check and control the prices and discounts
- Shipments consolidation and raising of pick-slips to the warehouse
3. Work with warehouse
- Coordination of shipments release from the warehouse (alignment of pick-up time, providing customer’s power of attorney to warehouse, handling passes to WH territory, etc.)
- Handling of marketing materials deliveries, e.g. brochures, catalogues, demo panels (from European warehouse to Moscow warehouse/ to Moscow office / to regions and distributors including supported documents preparation)
4. Additional tasks
- Back up of colleagues in case of absence
- Control of customers’ documents return (on monthly base)
- Gathering the information on deliveries to Belarus and Kazakhstan
- Processing of CMR documents (monthly base)
- To take part in products’ inventory at local warehouse
- Cooperate with PMs, sales, accounting and marketing departments

- CS department KPI’s
- Establishing good cooperation and adding value by supporting customers, management, local and foreign colleagues
Required specific knowledge, skills and experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and meet the deadlines.
- Working experience minimum 1 year in the field of customer service
- Good attitude towards work, team spirit, respecting company corporate policy.
- High education
- MS Office user, experience of working with ERP systems
- Experience with JDEdwards ERP would be an advantage.
- English language knowledge both verbal and written (Intermediate level)
