Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for a Graduate Customer Engineer to join our team!
The primary responsibility of the Graduate Customer Engineer to manage customer’s service requests to a satisfactory resolution. The work is essential in the areas of server platforms, storage and operating systems.
Upon receiving the customer’s service request, the Engineer comes to a solution through part replacement, HW& SW updates within the on-site repair.
How will you mark:
- Timely respond to customer’s service requests: troubleshoot and repair HPE HW to solve customer issues according to SLA
- Install and configure new HPE HW at customer’s site
- Keep customers informed, set and follow commitments, keep precise case documentation
- Resolve most technical incidents independently within your technical area. Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.
- Identify potential escalations and alert management proactively.
- Apply company solutions to meet customer needs within the area(s) of technical responsibility.
- Build a strong relationship with customers in assigned accounts.
- Influence delivery decisions on assigned account plans.
- Drive Customer Expectation management as part of the escalation process.
Education and Experience Required:
· must be in final year student/or graduated in 2020//2021
Knowledge and Skills:
· Basic knowledge of company products and services offerings.
· Basic business, technical, or functional knowledge.
· Basic knowledge in core technical competencies (servers, storage, virtualization, networking)
· Active listening skills.
· Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative).
· Able to identify alternative actions sets appropriate priorities and identifies creative and practical solutions.
· Basic project management, communication, and analytical skills.
