Key Responsibilities:
CLIENT AND PROSPECT COMMUNICATIONS
- Develop, execute and manage client and prospect communications plan and calendar to deliver International SOS Thought leadership, news, events, service information and utilisation messaging capitalising on frequency without creating communications fatigue.
- Be the regional super-user of the Marketing automation platform (Eloqua) and the CRM, using it to create, update and add content, ensuring that all content is written in a manner that generates maximum results.
- Support the Sales team on developing and delivering robust lead generation, new client on-boarding material, utilisation/retention collaterals, programmes and initiatives for existing clients.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to continually develop digital campaigns across all channels including emailing, display, social, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Work with internal teams to lead the implementation of International SOS social media strategies by actively managing regional social media content, engaging with external stakeholders and making recommendations for future activity.
- Handle all prospect web-enquiries for the region.
GENERAL MARKETING
- Manage regional microsites and support the visibility of regional initiatives on the global site.
- Work with the Regional Marketing Management and Group Marketing Team to adapt Regional and Group strategies and messages into local markets.
- Work with Regional Marketing Management and Group Marketing to manage and coordinate the roll-out of new product launches.
- Brand monitoring - act as regional brand officer ensuring compliance with all aspects of International SOS' Brand Guidelines, Language Guidelines, Video and Photography Guidelines. This includes examples such as email signature compliance, ensuring proper use of English in all external communications, and approval of all logo usage (signage, clothing, etc.).
- Define and implement regular client experience and satisfaction monitoring to adjust the contents of the Marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure digital marketing effectiveness, ROI and continually improve and maximise performance and marketing spend, collating for regular reports.
- Manage the lead generation process end to end to ensure appropriate tracking of marketing influence on the pipeline and monitoring of its utilisation by sales team.
- Report to Regional Marketing Management and Group Marketing about initiatives, campaign outcomes, communication reach, client experience, etc.
EVENTS
- Manage the regional physical and digital events calendar and develop strategic placement of International SOS at speaking engagements at industry conferences and professional organisations.
- Develop client events to support local Sales efforts in the region. Work with Regional Marketing Management and internal stakeholders to develop event themes to deliver key Group messaging and local Sales needs.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop messaging for pitching speakers and drafting abstract submissions for speaking engagements.
- Supervise the management of the relationships with conference organisers and association stakeholders.
- Supervise the event relationship process of budgeting, scheduling and ensuring continuous involvement with key associations.
- Supervise all event logistics including, list segmentation, registration, email invitations, venue management, signage, marketing collateral support and onsite event logistics (shipping, setup, brand presentation, etc.).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing and digital marketing within a service company. Successful track record of delivering marketing plan in line with budget.
- Capability to put in place appropriate solutions to best support the Business and feed the Sales Teams in the Region with Marketing leads.
- Experience in defining and putting in place regular client experience and satisfaction monitoring to adjust the contents of the Marketing campaigns.
- Successful cross-functional experience in working with other business functions within an organization.
- Research experience is valuable.
- Successful experienced within a matrix culture is an advantage
