Job purposes:
Implementing a strategy of multichannel marketing programs for doctors in terms of meeting the needs of health care professionals in content and synchronizing brand plans with the needs of clients.
Coordination of work of customer engagement team
Key Accountabilities:
- Identification of information needs of clients (health professionals) through research, statistical analysis
- Analysis of current scenarios of customer behavior in searching for and obtaining information, interacting with pharmaceutical companies and patients. Identification of points at which the doctor has difficulties and needs that can be solved through the system of multichannel interaction of the Company
- Segmentation and description of persons (customer portrait) for organizing different types of interaction and providing different information for each type of segments
- Developing scenarios for customer interactions with the Company and the Company's products in order to most effectively involve the health care professional in communication and increase his involvement in the interaction, while providing him with promotional and training information. Building Customer Journeys and Communication / Content Plans
- Participation in the development of product strategies together with business units to understand the goals and objectives for each brand. Integration into the strategy of the system of multichannel interaction
- Maintain a retro-plan of activities for the implementation of the communication plan
- Interaction with external content development agencies, checking the quality of the developed content (including the quality of medical information)
- Responsibility for the execution of the content and communication plan, including the organization of work of agencies for the development and placement of content, interaction with business units for the timely execution of work on the planning and development of content.
- Ensuring feedback from the target audience (including internal customers). Systematization of the feedback received. Development of proposals for making improvements to the channels of the multichannel interaction system. Content optimization according to feedback results.
- Ensuring continuous growth of the NPS indicator and the level of involvement of health professionals
- Partnership with all (or applicable) business units of the company and key functions; identifying their needs and goals in terms of promoting multi-channel marketing programs, forming a proposal for choosing channels and determining priorities for providing benefits to the business.
- Cross-functional collaboration with all involved stakeholders, defining unique WoW, rules and processes for customer engagement team.
- Coaching of customer engagement team.
- Vendors management related content creation. Establish way of working between Sanofi and vendors.
- Control of compliance of programs with internal control procedures, Pharmaceutical safety and Quality requirements, advertising legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Interaction with regional and global teams for the exchange of expertise and digital positioning for the Eurasia region at the proper level
Necessary knowledge & experience:
• education:
University degree, preferably medical
• experience:
- Study of customer experience and interaction with consumers
- 5 years of experience in internet marketing or media agency (as an advantage) or a health care professional (preferably)
- At least 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry
Management experience
- Experience to work in a matrix and collaborate with cross functional teams
• knowledge:
MS Office, Google and Yandex analytics tools;
• English proficiency level:
Fluent
