Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for a Technical Account Manager.
The primary role of the Technical Account Manager (TAM) is to deliver proactive services and to provide technical advocacy to our customers, specifically leading all remote delivered services in their assigned accounts. The TAM drives customer success and growth by leading the internal collaboration and by maintaining and cultivating relationships to ensure we are delivering the best customer experience. The TAM will be the technology liaison and be knowledgeable of the customer’s environment, working with the Account Team to provide specific technical advice to implement recommended changes to their IT environment. The TAM role requires a strong technical aptitude for preventing problems. The TAM is a valued technical resource to customers, peers, and all members of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Account Team. TAMs are typically experts in one or more of the defined HPE Technical Services (TS) Support Services Portfolio. A TAM is a partner with their customers and need to have an in-depth understanding of their customer environments from both a technical and operational level. TAMs will work closely with customers to create long lasting relationships and create customers for life.

Deliver standard TAM services to our customers

Assist in delivering complex and/or customized services

Employ consulting skills by becoming a trusted advisor to the customer and providing clarity to solution determination

Provide technical advice to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Resolve single- and cross- technology incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross- technology incidents.

Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area.

Identify additional services that could lead to future service revenue growth.
