The person is entitled to:
- Work with Corporate segment searching and contracting new clients;
- Actively prospect and qualify new business through outside sales calls and phone solicitation;
- Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts and rate agreements;
- Monitor and handle inquiry calls and provide client proposals in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures;
- Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients;
- Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned area of responsibility;
- Attend and represent hotel at trade shows and conventions and/or participate in sales trips;
- Follow up with clients regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings;
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Requirements:
- Hotel sales manager experience at a full-service hotel with heavy outside sales experience and proven results;
- Fluent English
- Passionate to work in hospitality industry and serve as liaison between hotel and our clientele
- Bright personality with ability to establish mutually efficient cooperation
