Position is opened in one of the leading service providers in the market of outsourcing, consulting and auditing services for international companies in CIS.
We are looking for individuals with considerable potential who welcome the challenge of working in a rapidly growing company with positive and rewarding work environment.
Job responsibilities:
- receiving working permits for expats (mainly highly qualified specialists);
- preparation of business and working invitations for foreign citizens;
- Corporate registration support
- preparation of documents for legal entities registration/liquidation (LLS, JSC, foreign companies branches and representative offices);
- registration of changes, entered and not entered in constitutional documents;
- interaction with public authorities (MVD, Federal Tax Service, etc.), banks, notaries;
- search and comparison of offers in delivery, customs clearance, certification, warehouse storage;
- negotiation with clients, logistics and certification companies, customs broker;
- negotiation with clients and insurance companies;
- consultations for clients on various types of corporate insurance;
Expectations to candidates:
- High-education degree
- Good English
- Excellent communication skills
- High responsibility level
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and to meet strict deadlines
