Sales Department is looking for Junior Key Account Manager (15 grade) to build effective and strong relationships with our customers in the Company.
If you are ready to:
- Be responsible for development and strict implementation of Modern retail strategy in line with company’s ambition
- Lead sales relationship with key retail customer
- Lead contract management with key customer
- Be responsible for all financial indicators of Modern retail Sales (EBIT, Revenue, Gross Profit, etc.)
- Be responsible for achievement of all Modern retail KPIs (volume, value, market share, etc.)
- Ensure perfect in-store execution of Company strategy
- Improve Market Share by applying the winning competitive initiatives
- Plan and evaluate, analyze and submit reports (monthly, yearly) within Modern retail team
- Lead Customer planning process - definition of annual negotiation strategy and action plans for assigned customers
- Lead promotional campaigns development, oversee implementation and evaluation
And you have:
- 1-2 years of experience on KAM position in international FMCG Company, responsible for national, international or regional retailers
- Minimum 3 years overall commerce experience
- Higher education (economics and business are priority)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Developed competencies: Seeing the Bigger Picture, Breadth and Perspective
- Intermediate English
