Our Client is a leading provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions to a global client base consisting primarily of large multinational corporations with a focus on Automotive, Financial Services and Enterprise segments.
We are looking for deputy head of C&B with strong experience designing and implementing bonus and incentive plans, to join our global team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing compensation strategies, managing end-to-end compensation cycles, and supporting key stakeholders. We are looking for someone with wide knowledge and a great passion for creating impact in an instrumental role within an innovative and fast-paced company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs and senior business stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives
- Perform meaningful data analysis on compensation elements, including base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, peer reviews, and job evaluations
- Deliver compensation programs including annual base pay increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives to clients
- Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices
- Drive change management projects to ensure smooth integration into Headquarters pay practices and philosophy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience. Experience designing and implementing bonuses and incentive plans, establishing compensation platforms from scratch.
- Candidate must have a deep understanding of total compensation programs including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation, benchmarking / market data, and job evaluation
- Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations
- Autonomous worker with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong financial background and business acumen
- Analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent English is a must
