Here on our sunny island ??Cyprus, we are looking to add a talented Motion Designer Your main duty will be to bring our brand and products to life through animations and videos. In this role you'll plan, storyboard, concept, layout and deliver high quality and innovative motion graphic content for the Digital Acquisition Department. This will include crafting promotional videos, branded content, instructional videos, animated banners to be used within our social, display, brand and product content channels, as well as incorporating animations to the existing UI designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tell stories through motion, conceptualize, storyboard, animate and edit videos and graphical sequences;
- Collaborate with designers and writers to produce motion graphics projects from concept to delivery & incorporate animations into production;
- Create animated gifs and banners for lightweight ads across web and social media;
- Select and edit the audio – voice overs, music and sound effects;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas;
- Research and analyse the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Job requirements:
- 4+ years experience in motion design;
- Proficiency in After Effects and maybe also some Premiere Pro or Final Cut;
- Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and frame composition;
- Strong portfolio of innovative motion design work showcasing storyboards and the final animated products;
- Proficiency in creating UI animations & transitions;
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate your creative process, thoughts and ideas.
