At the moment we are actively looking for Team leader of Customer Research.
Customer research team plays a crucial role in Lamoda: we influence Lamoda business strategy, communication, assortment, product, customer experience and much more! We conduct research, run analytics and deliver insights which improve customer experience and ensure customer focus in business decision making. Our goal is to discover what customers want, why they want it, and how to link customer wishes with business objectives. Our team combines soft skills with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with key business partners across levels and functions.
What you will work on:
- Lead customer research team & systematically build its capabilities, processes, talents
- Develop and own research roadmap for Lamoda
- Act as a business partner to Management board, Marketing, Commercial & Strategy
- Influence key strategic decisions to achieve Lamoda business goals
- Develop holistic research practice via providing market & category knowledge, analytical deep dives, running relevant consumer studies, and continuously advising on customer behaviors and market trends
- Uncover deep and relevant insights and ensure these are translated into actionable outcomes that improve customer lives and drive the business
- Act as a center of expertise for Customer knowledge, ensure common business performance understanding from the customer POV
- Promote Customer focus culture across all the teams
- Provide inspiring vision and leadership for your team to set priorities, scale for growth and elevate the overall impact of the team
- Manage external research agencies to provide the highest level of quality in a cost-effective way
- Develop new & innovative ways of research
We expect:
- 5+ years of research experience
- Management experience is preferred
- Leadership in building extensive research roadmaps/agendas and managing relationships with multiple cross-functional partners
- Passion for translating findings into strategic business recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Skilled communication with a track record of successful collaborations
- Experience in Brand & Media research
- Advanced degree in research, social sciences, economics, or related field, is preferred but not required
